Pricing questions
What happens once I hit the application cap?
Applications past the cap are still received and stored. They just aren't AI-scored until you top up or the month rolls over. Nothing is lost or rejected.
Is it really unlimited users?
Yes. The owner, the scheduler and whoever screens with them all use the same account at no extra cost per seat.
Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes, a card is required to start, but nothing is charged until day 8. Cancel any time before then and you're never billed.
How do I cancel?
From the billing page in your account, any time, no emails or calls required.
Will First Shift post my job to Indeed?
Not yet. You get a careers page and an application form you can link from anywhere, including your existing Indeed listing.
Does the AI decide who gets hired?
No. It reads and scores applications. You still call people and you still decide.
