How it works
Post → read and score → shortlist → call.
01Post the ad once
Post your caregiver role from First Shift and get a careers page and application form, or keep your ad on Indeed and link that same form from it. Either way, every application lands in one place instead of an inbox.

02Every application read and scored
First Shift reads each resume against the role you posted, not a generic template, and scores fit 0–100 with the strengths, gaps and red flags written out, including when a check the application should mention isn't stated.

03Get a shortlist, not a stack
Applicants land on a kanban pipeline sorted by fit, with a candidate drawer and notes if more than one person screens with you. The flags, no registry check stated, TB or CPR not mentioned, are visible before you open a single resume.

04Call the people worth calling
Acknowledgements, not-this-time replies and interview time proposals send automatically from an outbox, so the applicants who don't fit hear back without you writing the email. What's left on your plate is the shortlist worth a call.

Ask First Shift
Ask First Shift from Claude or ChatGPT
Connect First Shift to Claude or ChatGPT and ask it about your pipeline in plain English: “who are the five best candidates for the caregiver role, and why.” It’s a read-only MCP server. It can answer questions about your jobs and applicants, but it can’t move a candidate, edit a record or send an email.
